Keeping your course content fresh and relevant is important for learner engagement and platform credibility. On LEEP, instructors can easily update or edit their existing courses through the Dashboard. Whether you're fixing a typo, updating a video, or adding new resources, here’s how to do it:
🔧 Steps to Edit Your Course
1. Log in to Your Instructor Account
Make sure you are logged into your LEEP instructor account.
2. Go to the Dashboard
- Click on your profile image or name in the top right corner.
- Select Dashboard from the dropdown menu.
3. Access “My Courses”
- In the sidebar, click on Courses.
- Select My Courses from the dropdown.
- A list of all your published, draft, and waiting courses will appear.
4. Choose the Course You Want to Edit
Locate the course you want to update. You can use the title, item ID, or scroll through the list. Then click on the three dots by the side of the course, :
- Select "Edit" Go ahead to Edit for published or waiting courses
📌 Save & Submit for Review
- After making changes, click Save.
- If your course is live, your edits may be reviewed by LEEP before updates go public.
- For Drafts, continue editing until you're ready to Submit for Approval.
💡 Tips
- Keep SEO descriptions concise (155–160 characters).
- Use high-quality thumbnails and cover images (1920x530px recommended).
- Regularly review feedback and update your course accordingly.
