On LEEP Jobs, managing candidates is seamless thanks to an intuitive Kanban-style hiring system. This visual pipeline helps employers move candidates across different hiring stages based on progress and suitability.

🔍 Step-by-Step: Accessing Candidates

  1. Log into Your Company Dashboard Visit
  2. Navigate to 'My Jobs' In your dashboard menu, click on “My Jobs” to view all your job listings.
  3. View Applications Click on a specific job (e.g., Fashion Designer) and then tap “Applications” to see all candidates who applied.

🗂️ Understanding the Hiring Stages (Kanban Workflow)

Each candidate starts at the Application stage and can be moved through the following stages as they progress in the recruitment process:

  1. Application – Initial stage where all new applicants appear.
  2. Shortlisted – Move candidates here if they meet the basic job requirements.
  3. Assessment – Transfer here after assigning or evaluating their test or portfolio.
  4. Interview – For candidates selected for an interview.
  5. Offered – Those you've decided to extend a job offer to.
  6. Hired – Successfully recruited candidates.
  7. Rejected – Candidates who are not moving forward.

🔁 How to Move Candidates Between Stages

  • Simply drag and drop a candidate’s card from one stage to another based on their status.
  • For example, if a candidate impresses you after assessment, move them from Assessment to Interview.
  • Use this pipeline to organize your hiring process efficiently.

🧰 Other Actions You Can Take

  • View Detailed Profile: Click on a candidate to read their bio, education, experience, and cover letter.
  • Message Candidate: Use the in-platform messaging system to communicate directly.
